i can’t update my software, my ip buffering too long, im restart my ip, im check connection, but not effect and stay stuck request updated

Have you tried with iTunes? Even that way Apple's update system is very slow (I just did an iPhone 4S).
What version are you currently using?

Try the previous suggestion of using your computer to update.
cant be update ios 12.4.2 for iphone 6
