Apple ID Picture doesn't show in Settings

Hello,

Ever since I upgraded to iOS 13 I have been having an issue where the profile picture for your Apple ID account doesn't show when opening settings. It only works after I click on the name card and go back to the Settings page.

Before:

After:

Additionally, the picture is really pixelated in the preceding menu (after having clicked the name card).

I've already reset my phone twice over and this problem persists. I've even gone about changing the profile picture a dozen times.

It's really weird since no one else I know seems to be having this problem.

Hi there, razatastic.

I see that you're not seeing the photo you've chosen to include with your Apple ID when you open the Settings application. I'm glad to help.

Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Instead of going to your contact card, tap Settings > [your name], and tap your photo to edit it from there. Once it's set, quit the Settings application, then reopen it again to check.

Let me know how that goes, and take care!
