cannot login to my ipad
Bought a new iPad 2 weeks ago and setup was fine.
Haven't used it for a few days and it said that I need to enter a passcode.
I've tried every password I know, reset it from my android even.
It will not let me in.
I tried to ask for a call from Apple but I need the serial number to request the call. I cannot get the serial number without logging in.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
This is my only Apple product and I've never been so frustrated. It locked me out now for 1 hour.
Do I have to go to an Apple store to have them reset?
If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Have spent hours so far to no avail.
