Do apple fix motherboards on iPhone 7 Plus? If so can I get one with more than 32gb? My phone screen is also sticking, sometimes I can touch it. The volume buttons and the power button isn’t functioning. Do apple have 128gb boards or 256gb for a iPhone 7 Plus?

If you need more internal storage you need to buy a new iPhone.
Apple may repair your device if you have issues with the screen / with the power button / volume buttons, or they could replace the entire device, but only for the same phone with the same color and capacity.

The bad news is that is not possible to upgrade the memory in your phone. The good news is that you can visit an Apple Store and ask them to diagnose your phone's ailments. They can then offer you options for replacing your phone with a new or refurbished phone, possibly offering you trade-in value on your old phone.
