DAZN Subscription

Hey I subscribed for a yearly service with DAZN through Apple Pay. When I logged on it shows my subscription is active but DAZN is still asking me to pay, I’ve reached out to them and they let me know there is a known issue with Apple Pay and I need to reach out to have the payment cancelled and refunded so I can make the payment directly on the site. I need assistance with this as soon as possible as I need to use this service today
