I changed carrier with my iphone 6 unlocked and not the network in my home only in some places and not always ... how do I solve this problem?

Are you sure your iPhone is carrier unlocked? Did you request an unlock from the carrier before you changed service?

I am trying to narrow down the issue rather than just tell you to read every possible Apple document relating to phone connectivity issues. :-)
AT&T. Huge telephone corporation. Other providers such as Sprint and Verizon just don 't have towers in position to get a signal to her desk in the building.
Could you please rephrase your question? I am not clear what you are asking or what the problem is other than something to do with having changed carrier.

Yes, the carrier has unlocked, it even works in some places.

Could just be varying signal strengths in different places. My wife has to use ATT because she mostly uses her phone at work and other providers don't have reliable signals in her building.
