hello. i have an ipad 2013. it does not update to ios 13, just 10.xx. trying to install netflix, it won't install as it requires ios12 or later, and there is no option to install an older version of netflix, and many other applications like word and pages and many many other apps. the ipad is useless. is there a solution, please?

iPad (4th generation) is incompatible with newer system software versions. If you need to use these applications then you will need to purchase a newer iPad model.
