Can apple pay accept money from a senders pay pal account?
I have a neighbor who needs to send me $ monthly and uses pay pal instead of a bank. Can apple pay accept money from someone's pay pal account?

PayPal can only send money to another PayPal account. See the following from https://www.paypal.com/us/for-you/transfer-money/send-money
*Sending and receiving funds requires an account with PayPal. If
recipient doesn't have an account, they can open one easily for free.
