How do I uninstall Caralina 10.15 so my 32 bit app work?

Do you have a backup made prior to the upgrade?
If you don't, you will lose everything because the first step in the downgrade process is to erase the disk drive.
What are these 32 bit apps?
Maybe we might be able to suggest alternatives.

You can also see if there are 64-bit versions of the 32-bit applications you use before you revert.
