I have just redeemed $75.00 in App Store, ** it does not o show in my account. Why not

I have just redeemed 75.00 App Store, but it isn’t showing a credit . Why not

I assume you've tried the obvious thing and logged out and back into the account ? And checked the account's purchase history ?
