I still get dotted line problems on every drawing app even I turned off zoom feature in settings or change a new nib.
Ipad version: ipad generation 6 2018
IOS: 13.1.3
Apple pencil is first generation.

Have you charged your pencil correctly? Also, try re-pairing it or checking if the thing on the end is screwed on properly.
Also, the programmes might just be faulty. Some aren’t compatible with the Apple Pencil.

Are you using a screen protector? If so, what type/manufacturer?
Screen protectors have, in some cases with some iPad models, been known to cause problems with consistency.
