Logic Pro X - insert measure

Basically, I'd like to know if the following is possible or not. I have a project in Logic Pro X and I'd like to insert a measure - moving audio and timing over (to the right) one measure. Is that possible/realistic?

If so, then any ideas on best approach to achieving this?

Hi

Set the Cycle locators to be 1 bar long positioned where you want the extra bar to be inserted. Then use

Edit>Cut/Insert Time>Insert Silence at locators.
