time to time shows "no servise " in screen

lot of times shows that “no service “in where mobile signal shows.if it shows ,I open air plane mode and then off air plane mode the signals will be ok.after sometimes it shows "no servise " t

I changed the sim card
I reseted network settings
remove the sim and reentered
restarted phone

Then temporary ok but after sometimes become noservise .

That is not my network carreir problem because for other phones does not have like this.

I updated ios 13.1.3

Acording my remember before the update there was not problem like this.

Please help .what should i do?
