Lost iTunes App on MacBook Pro

Installed macOS Catalina on my Mac Book Pro and lost the iTunes app in dashboard. How do I get iTunes App back? Also, will Photos library ever stop updating?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

iTunes doesn't exist in Catalina, it's functionality has been split into separate programs (e.g. Music, syncing via Finder). See : What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

I downloaded Catalina on my Mac Book Pro at least four days ago and Photos is still updating People. It says People will finish updating when Photos is in the background. Does that mean I leave Photos on or what? It has been over 4 days, how long does it take to update???

No, it's similar to before, it's now done via Finder instead of iTunes : Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support

I use to sync my iPod, iPad and iPhone to Mac Book Pro using usb cord to Mac. I would sync songs, photos, contacts, calendar, etc. in one fell swoop. Now I will have to sync all these separately?
