loop disease

Hi there (Apple especially).

Because I can’t call you to understand how you might be able to assist - due to my phone being diagnosed with loop disease - i’d like to share my

story here. On oct 16 my phone lost audio - I have spent the last week troubleshooting, text chatting with Apple and my phone carrier, updating software, performing hard resets, running analytics - the works - it’s official - it’s loop disease - my poor phone that I rely on heavily as I have a chronic illness with mobility challenges. On Friday Oct 18 I called 911 for an emergency - my phone would not work - I’m going to repeat that - I NEEDED TO CALL 911 but because of the problem with Apple’s software removing audio capabilities from the iPhone7 (please reference the numerous online articles regarding this including the class action law suit that was initiated in the USA) I was left in a very precarious situation. Apple’s negligence in informing their iPhone7 customers has some pretty dangerous consequences. Luckily an android user was able to place the 911 call. I’d like to follow up with Apple to understand your thoughts on this, the options you have to replace the phone - I understand replacements have been authorized in the past - and how you can assist me.

Thank you

iPhone 7, iOS 13
