Changing Pics on Watch?

I change the pictures on my iPhone to be applied on Apple Watch.

But in spite of change, the same "old" pics are still displayed.

How to get the "new" ones to show?

The key to getting those photos off your watch. The only setting you can do for photos on the watch is sync an album, so why not sync an album of nothing??

Step 1) Go to photos application> Create a new album. Name it anything you want.

Step 2) Open the Apple Watch app, and scroll down to Photos.

Step 3) Click on "Synced Album" and select that blank one you made.
