I own a Iphone 5c and I can`t update to IOS 10.3.4... Currently it is IOS 10.3.3...

10.3.4 was never released for the 5c, as it's not necessary on that device. 10.3.4 was only released for the iPhone 5 and iPad (4th generation) Cellular.

10.3.4 fixes a GPS bug that doesn't exist on the 5c, because it uses the same GPS reciever as the iPhone 5s where this bug doesn't exist.
