iPhone 11 - Virgin Mobile USA activations @ Apple Store

Two years ago, when the iPhone X’s came out, I was able to go to my Apple store and get a phone for use on Virgin Mobile USA’s network.

It was fairly easy, they brought out a Sprint variant phone and using a specific app for VMUSA activations, they were able to replace the iPhone 6s I had on my account with the X and I walked out with a working phone.

I’m wondering if the Apple stores still have this ability as I was looking to upgrade from the X to the 11 and take advantage of potential trade credit.
