Grey battery icon middle of screen won’t go away
Why is this battery icon showing on my home screen? Can’t select it, drag or delete it.

- Updated the iOS to 13.1.3
- Tried a forced restart

Disregard, had to connect to power source to make update work. I think that resolved the issue , thanks so much.
I have done forced restart. It clears but comes back. The install update is grayed out and won’t install. I have 13.1.2
