Glitches

I just bought the new MacBook Pro (with the touch-bar) a week or two ago during the student discount offers. I got home and booted it up. It worked just fine until I started using it for a few days... Every time I unlocked my Mac, some parts of the screen started to glitch for a few seconds. It did stop after a few seconds but it still bugs me a lot. A little help would be appreciated!
