how do i sync my iphone with my computer?

I just got a new iPhone XR. I would like to sync my comcast (outlook) email account to my iPhone email account. I don't want to delete my messages twice. It was done on my old phone, but I'm not sure how to do it on my new phone. I hope you can help.
