Watch Stuck on “Apple Watch Basics” Screen

My watch keeps getting stuck on the “Apple Watch Basics” screen while trying to pair to my new iPhone 11 from my 8 Plus, that I no longer have with me. The phone says it’s paired, but it’s not. Both watch and phone softwares are up to date and I’ve erased/restarted both multiple times. Nothing works🙁 Help, please!

Apple Watch won’t pair - hangs and goes blank I’m trying to pair my watch from my old phone to new phone. It started then stopped and now on my watch says Please continue set up on iPhone. However, the screen is blank so the viewfinder can’t read info. I cannot get “i” symbol on phone to pair manually. Does this mean I have to reset to factory settings? Apple Watch stuck on basics after update Gen 3 watch. Watch iOS is 7.5. Phone iOS is 14.6. I didn't have any issues with my watch until I had to update the software after installing Spotify (to use offline). So I updated the software and now it is stuck on the basics screen. I have used the reboot feature and power off, but it comes back to the basics screen. I have also paired it several times. At this point I may return the watch to the seller (got it off eBay). I have read some other suggestions, but none seem to work. Randomly it will look to pair and then say it's not paired, but I've paired it several times. Thinking maybe just keeping it next to my phone for a day may help. Thoughts?

Apple Watch pairing I started to pair my Apple Watch to my new phone before unpairing and erasing from my old phone. I have since done those things but my watch it now stuck on the paring screen and I’m now unable to pair

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
