Backup
I accidentally delete my backup file before restoring the same in my new phone.Is there any to get that deleted backup, even it is not in my bin/trash?
I have taken that Backup in my Mac Book/itune.

Is Time Machine set up on your Mac? You might be able to restore the device backup from a full system snapshot taken at the right time. See Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support to see where you'd need to look.
