I get continuous calls from Egypt, Macedonia, UAE, Saudi Arabia. Rings 3 x's and stops I installed Hiya-no

I'd recommend reviewing the information about the new feature "Silence Unknown Callers" here for assistance: Detect and block spam phone calls

Please keep in mind that enabling this feature will silence all calls from unknown numbers, local and international.
