Please how can I contact Apple to unlock my iphone for me to use any network in outside USA

Please I bought an iPhone 8 Plus from a private seller during my holidays in USA and I found it locked to original Carrie network without using any other network sim in my country please what can Apple do for me to use any Sim in the iPhone in my country Ghana west Africa ?

Apple can’t help you. You need to contact the carrier the phone is locked to in order to get it unlocked. See here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201328
