possibly a kernel panic but listed as forceReset-full

Hey Guys, so i got this iPhone 11 very recently and what is weird about this is, the problem that i am having with this also happens to my iPhone 8 and it is only my devices. So when i looked at my analytics i saw “forceReset-full” but at the moment that happened i saw it restarted by itself which was weird. Is there any way to know what caused it to happen?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

There is no way to know what caused it, but if it has happened on your new phone as well as your old, if you restored the backup of your old phone to the new phone most likely there is some sort of data corruption in the old phone and the backup of it. You may have to restore the phone to factory settings and not restore your backup to fix it.
