Canceling ITunes/bill

IN MY Discover card I WAS BILL FOR APL*ITUNES.COM/COM monthly. how can I cancel this purchased? I went to iTunes but did not get to the billing information so I can cancel it . It already charge me for two month in my credit card. please send aid soon!!!
