why my ipad mini can’t download instagram.

Instagram requires an iPad running iOS 11 or later. If you wish to use Instagram then you will need to purchase a newer iPad model.

I tap the iphone only on apps tore and instagram is there but when i click to download it says not compatible to this ipad
