Decrypt a usb stick

Hello all,

I would like to use the iPad as a laptop.

In order to bring my business data I need to use a usb stick encrypted.

At work I use a computer with windows 10.

I would like to be able to load the data on the usb stick from the computer and read them on the iPad with the latest version of Ipados.

How should I go about encrypting the stick? is there any software?
