I need a pin to pair my iphone with Samsung remote app? I have contacted Apple, they told me to contact my service provider. My service provider keeps going in circles can’t find a human to speak to.
please help

The PIN should be displayed on your Samsung TV when you register your iPhone's app to have permission to control that TV.
It is just like the PIN you have to input when pairing a phone with a new Bluetooth device. Only this one pairs your phone to your TV over WiFi.
If for some reason you missed this pop-up on your TV, on the Samsung Remote app go to Menu | Network | Allshare Settings and pair your phone with your TV again.
