Format Fusion drive iMac

Hello everyone. I have a 2018 iMac with a 1 tera Fusion drive. I would like to do a clean installation of Catalina Os. unfortunately I don't know how to format the Fusion drive. I have already created a bootable usb with Catalina on it. I send you images to have more clarity. Thank you all.

Your Fusion Drive is already formatted correctly. All that you need to do is Startup in macOS Recovery, Erase the Macintosh HD and then Install macOS 10.15 Catalina on the Macintosh HD.

Important Note: Before doing anything, please backup your user data, because erasing the Macintosh HD will wipe out all of your User data.
