Why am I unable to connect to iCloud to buy more storage space ,my iPhone also unable to connect

Have you tried using another WiFi network? Have you restarted your phone or signed out of iCloud and signed back in again?

I’m not sure what you mean by being unable to connect to iCloud. Are you able to backup to iCloud? Do any of your iCloud features work, like syncing contacts, reminders, iCloud Photos?

I would like to purchase more storage as my 5 GB is fully used up,when I try to purchase it says “unable to connect to Apple”
