When I pressing a power button call gets end
is there an options to disable while pressing the power button during make calls

No matter how many times you ask, the answer is still going to be, "You can't".
it seems with IOS 13 you can't directly do. But, there is a work around,
swipe up to go home and then press the power button, that will lock the screen.
