Can’t download from I tunes or apple store
How can I fix it I put my phone number but always say theirs mistake or something like that

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
