How do I know that all my personal data was deleted?

I am sending my phone as a trade in. It is removed from my icloud and the main screen is just a list of languages, does that mean all my personal information is deleted?

Hello,

If the iPhone is saying Hello in multiple languages, then it's ready to be setup as a new device again. Therefore, your data is gone.
