The easiest thing is simply update your software.

Most developers if they want there apps to work on the new Catalina have already issued 64-bit apps to replace the old 32-bits.

Visit their parent web page and download the updates.

Hello there, try so see if there exists 64bit versions or even if there is any updates that you can do.
