App Store has a Mah Jong Solitaire 3 for Mac OS.

I am facing the same problem. I have Mahjong Solitarus 2 from DanLabGames. As far as I saw on the developers site, there's a version 3 of the game but apparently only for iOS and no longer for macOS. The developer has also no contact info, so I am at a loss as to how to get a 64-bit version of the game. Did you find another game? If yes, where?
That would be entirely up to the developer.
Contact them, and ask them if they have a 64 bit version you can update to.

Yes, thank you, I just checked out all the Mahjong games on app store, so now I only need to make up my mind. And Danlabgames seems to have gone...
I'm not as pleased with Mahjong Solitaire 3 as I was with 2. The tiles aren't as clear but I purchased it anyway. Maybe the tiles for MJ2 are in the 1,000 available? I'll have to check.
