My 32-bit mah jong solitaire 2 won't work on Mac Catalina. Can I get it in 64-bit?

I am facing the same problem. I have Mahjong Solitarus 2 from DanLabGames. As far as I saw on the developers site, there's a version 3 of the game but apparently only for iOS and no longer for macOS. The developer has also no contact info, so I am at a loss as to how to get a 64-bit version of the game. Did you find another game? If yes, where?

And what is "Version 3.00:

App Store has a Mah Jong Solitaire 3 for Mac OS.

That would be entirely up to the developer.

Contact them, and ask them if they have a 64 bit version you can update to.
