Voicemail

I have an iPhone 6 and I can't hear my voicemail messages. I have restarted the phone and did the other things recommended. Any suggestions?

Can’t hear voicemail messages I have an iPhone SE with the latest operating system, 13, and for many years I have never been able to hear my Voicemail Messages. I have my volume on max. When I see the keypad for entering in phone numbers, there’s no option that shows up with the speaker icon, as there is with all other kinds of calls. I have searched your chat boards extensively, and still don’t see an answer. Would welcome help.

voicemail playback On my iPhone 7 voicemails are recorded but cannot be listened to. That is the mail is there but when I select the voicemail button the message says no voicemail. It can only be listened to by dialing my own number. Why and how can I fix that?
