How can I use my iPhone to schedule programs on Apple TV?

Ok, as I'm sure you already know, the Apple TV is not a DVR ... so using the Apple TV app will not be able to provide you with this option. On the other hand, if you have a DVR that supports iOS apps, that may just work for this.
So much for the speed of responses, since it's taken me 2 days to get back to this since you posted last.
AT&T has an AT&T TV app in the App Store. You can use the app to schedule recordings on your DVR and to watch live content.
Depending on which package you have, you can watch recorded programs in the app as well.
What do you mean by "schedule programs"...?
