Retrieve date from iphone x
I need to retrieve data from my iphone x that wont turn on

I take it you didn't do a backup?
Find a reputable 3rd party repair site that can do board level soldering and get them to look at it and see if they can resuscitate it long enough to get your data. After doing this Apple may no longer support your iPhone for things like out-of-warranty replacement.
