I can't access iPhoto anymore

I did a system update to Catalina from and can no longer access my iPhoto because it is 32 bit and Catalina isn't compatible with 32 bit apps. How do I update the 32 bit apps I have particularly iPhoto?

iPhoto was a 64 bit app but was discontinued years ago and replace by the new Photos app.
