Anyone else getting these things ?
Because I am having no trouble getting access to my account , they just seem to want my info so I just tell them I'll do it myself online , then they hang up .
Thousands of folks get these every day. They are scams, crooks, trying to get you to give them your personal information. Delete any such emails or messages. Hang up on all such calls.

There are posts about this type of thing every day. Apple will never call you unless you called them and asked for a call back. Apple won't send you an email/text telling you your account is disabled/restricted or will be disabled/restricted. You will find out the next time you try to log in somewhere.
Such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial info. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, or simply not answer the call.
