Microsoft Excel keeps asking for my keychain

Microsoft Excel keeps asking for my keychain and I read in another post asking about the same question (https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT201609), which said that I should "From the Edit menu in the menu bar, choose “Change Password for Keychain 'login.'” However, the change password for keychain option is not clickable. Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?

Hello, I have a question regarding Microsoft office package "login" keychain? Ever since I've updated the Microsoft office package, when I try to open one of those applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc), I am being asked my "login Keychain Password", which I don't now anymore and I have no idea where to locate it.
