Car asking for pin code since upgrade to iOS 13, then won’t connect! Any ideas?

In most vehicles when you try to pair the iPhone with the vehicle, a numeric code will display on both the phone and the car and you just need to verify the code is the same on both screens. Other vehicles ask for a pin code and that generally is located in your owner's manual. Most of them just use 0000.

My Car is doing the exact same thing and no matter what I try it is not working. I am wondering if it has to do with CarPlay wireless
