Update Apple ID Settings keeps popping up.

I have the red message pop up on my settings on my Mac, iPhone and now my Apple TV. All the devices that use my apple ID I get the attached message. Only my Apple TV is the device where it never goes away. I keep having to sign in on my iphone as well as all my macs. Why? It's annoying. I have also been on a service call with Apple and they tried to trouble shoot this problem with their IT dept. but they gave up on me and I haven't heard back in over 2 months.

Something else to check/try. Go to System Preferences/Internet Accounts, select an iCloud account, and sign in there. Repeat for each iCloud account.
