Iphone7

Hello, i have recently purchased an iPhone 7 unlocked, however now that I am inserting my chip it worked for about 5 hours and now my phone says it is unable to activate that it need an update and I keep trying to do what apple support says but no luck. I read online about how some series of iPhone 7 have had issues. Please help. Thank you
