Not all websites are secure pages. Many normal websites are not secure, because they do not deal with you entering data to the site. Only websites that begin with https: will be secure sites.

Yes, I understand this, I am wondering why there’s so many that are showing up unsecured that are for entering my personal data like a government site that I can check on my account and it says not secure? Is it that there’s stricter guidelines for this with safari than in the past years or that so many websites just don’t have the necessary security unless you have finances being transferred?
Give me an example of a government website that is asking for your personal data that is not a secure site.
