My left AirPod, I Can faintly hear anything from it, what can I do to fix this problem by not spending so much money?

If no help, try this:
Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
