if it was really purchased using your account you should see it here See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


if you don't and just get an invoice mail from a suspicious sender pretending to be apple then Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


if it was purchased and you wish your money back Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase - Apple Atbalsts
