Where can I get help with my Apple products, when I don't have the strength to speak?

As the header says, I have no strength to speak with strangers and explain the problem after two braintumor surgery + a dozen of both chemotherapy and radiation treatment. I don't want to waste my poor energy.

I just want my bought music to play.

It is no machine that I have problems with, it is iTunes. I can’t play some music I bought

When did you purchase this?

Sometimes, iTunes-purchased items are removed from the the Apple store are are no longer accessible. That’s just the way it is :(

If you just purchased these: Visit the iTunes Store directly and try to download these directly off of there.
